Kingsley Legal Group

About us

Specialists in corporate and commercial debt recovery.

Kingsley Legal Group helps businesses recover unpaid commercial debts from companies, sole traders and individuals. We're part of Kingsley Associates Ltd and work alongside selected legal partners where escalation is appropriate.

Who we are

Kingsley Legal Group is a specialist commercial debt recovery business. We're not a firm of solicitors and we don't carry out activities regulated by the SRA or FCA — and we don't operate as a consumer debt collection agency. Our entire focus is the recovery of corporate and commercial debt, on behalf of businesses, finance teams and (where appropriate) solvent and insolvent corporate and commercial estates.

Our team is trained in negotiation and dispute resolution as well as commercial recovery — so engagement with debtors is direct, professional and confidence-building, never aggressive.

Why clients choose us

  • 20+ years of corporate debt experience
  • Approx. £3.5m revolving pipeline at any one time
  • Trained negotiators and dispute resolution specialists
  • International reach — Dubai office opening soon
  • Selected legal partners for escalation
  • No recovery, no fee
  • Part of Kingsley Associates Ltd

Our approach

Commercial first

We treat every recovery as a commercial decision. We engage early, intelligently and with full understanding of the underlying contract.

Legal-led

Where escalation is appropriate, we refer matters to selected legal partners — keeping our work commercial and theirs legal.

Results-focused

Clear updates, no theatrics. We're measured on recovery, not activity.

Work with us

Whether you have a single overdue invoice or a portfolio of commercial debt, we'd welcome a conversation.
